New Ground Freezing Method "ICECRETE"

Small amounts can extract a large amount of heat! A new ground freezing method that takes the Earth environment into consideration.

"ICECRETE" is a new ground freezing method that contributes to the mitigation of global warming by using natural refrigerants. By utilizing liquefied carbon dioxide (CO2) as a secondary refrigerant, the latent heat of vaporization of the liquefied carbon dioxide can be harnessed, allowing for cooling temperatures to be set as low as -45°C, compared to the -30°C limit of conventional brine. Additionally, it can shorten the overall construction period, including piping work. 【Features】 ■ Environmentally friendly ■ Capable of extracting a large amount of heat with a small quantity ■ Low power consumption ■ Realizes compact and lightweight piping ■ Possible reduction of construction period *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Freezing Method "ICELOCK"

No generation of industrial waste without contaminating soil or groundwater! Introducing environmentally friendly construction methods.

"ICELOCK" is a ground improvement method that involves burying freezing pipes underground and freezing the surrounding soil to create a solid frozen ground. Frozen ground can exhibit high ground strength and excellent water impermeability, making it suitable for civil engineering projects, especially in deep depths and under high groundwater pressure. Since no materials are added to the ground to strengthen it, the environmental impact is minimal, and it is considerate of nature. 【Features】 ■ Environmentally friendly ■ High strength ■ Applicable to all soil types ■ Good adhesion with other materials ■ High water impermeability ■ Flexible setting of construction targets *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
